Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By purchasing a StoreForge service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide Shopify growth services including conversion optimization, performance engineering, and lifecycle marketing. Deliverables and timelines for each engagement are defined at the time of purchase.
3. Payment
Payments are processed via Paystack in USD. Local currency displays are estimates; the final settlement amount is shown at checkout. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
4. Refunds and cancellation
One-time services are refundable within 7 days of purchase if we have not commenced delivery. Retainers may be cancelled any time before the next billing cycle; already billed periods are non-refundable.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing timely access to your Shopify store, analytics, and any third-party platforms required to complete the work. Delays caused by missing access may extend delivery timelines.
6. Intellectual property
Deliverables produced specifically for your store transfer to you upon full payment. Underlying methodologies, frameworks, and reusable code remain the property of StoreForge.
7. Limitation of liability
StoreForge's total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
