What we collect
When you contact us, request a free audit, create an account, or purchase a service we collect your name, email address, Shopify store URL, and payment details processed by Paystack. We also collect basic analytics (page views, referrers, device type) via first-party tools.
How we use it
To deliver the services you request, send transactional emails (receipts, audit reports, and updates about your engagement), and improve our product. We do not sell your data.
Where it lives
Account and order data is stored on Supabase (EU region). Payment records are held by Paystack. Transactional emails are sent through our hosting provider's email service.
Retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active, plus a further 7 years for tax and legal requirements. You can request deletion at any time via the contact form.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or export it in a portable format. Contact us to make a request; we will respond within 30 days.
