How is pricing structured?+
Every service has three tiers (Basic, Standard, Premium). Prices are shown in your local currency where supported, with secure checkout via Paystack.
Do I need to sign in to buy a service?+
Yes. An account lets us track your engagement, deliverables, and receipts. The free audit does not require signing in.
What is the free audit?+
A no-obligation review of your Shopify store covering speed, SEO, mobile experience, trust signals, and conversion. Submit your store URL and we'll email a report within 3 business days.
How long until I see results?+
Most conversion and performance work shows measurable lift within 30 days. Lifecycle programs typically compound over 60 to 90 days.
What is your refund policy?+
One-time work is refundable within 7 days if we haven't started delivery. Retainers can be cancelled any time before the next billing cycle.
Do you work with agencies or resellers?+
